We have received what looks like a harassing Cease & Desist notice from lawyers representing a malware company called Mindspark Interactive.
The notice claims that some of the emoticons we purchased for use on this site are copyright by them. They provide no proof of their claims. We can’t access their web site to confirm their claim without downloading and installing malware from their web site!
